Position: Administrative Assistant

A leading company in the area has asked Pridestaff to locate an Exceptional Administrative Assistant for their West Palm Beach, FL. office. The ideal candidate will have some prior office experience and feels comfortable interacting with all levels of people. . Salary: $12 - $14/Hr

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle all incoming and outgoing mail on a daily basis.
* Keep three months worth of correspondence/faxes from office on premises.
*Faxing, Photocopying, Filing, & other general office responsibilities.
* Tracking Invoices
* Phone coverage
* Liaison with vendors/clients.
*Order office supplies
*Call in work orders (when faxes/copiers need to be fixed)


Experience/Skills:

* The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, have the ability to work under pressure, have the highest attention to detail and have extremely strong organizational skills.
* Effective team player with exceptional communication skills.
*Ideal candidate is confident, energetic, positive, focused, dependable, proactive, independent, resourceful and creative, and someone who has a “can do†attitude and works well with a team.
* Ideal candidate possesses a real desire to learn the business and to contribute broadly to the team's efforts
* Must be highly reliable, extremely professional and able to interact with all levels of employees
* Must have strong interpersonal skills and ability to work successfully with others to accomplish an objective.
*Must be highly proficient in Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
*Sense of professionalism and confidentiality important.
* VERIFIABLE EXPERIENCE IN THE ADMINISTRATIVE FIELD IS NECESSARY!!!
